The Green Climate Fund Board met in Songdo, South Korea, for its 10th meeting,  from 6-9 July. The Fund agreed to approve 13 financial entities, among them Deutsche Bank (the 10th largest backer of coal globally), in spite of the advise and better efforts of civil society. In response, a coaltion of NGOs issued a statement of concern. The Asian Peoples’ Movement on Debt and Development further issued this statement.
