Bonn Conference Opens Amid Broken Promises

Civil society groups have documented a history of broken promises. And released an assessment putting those broken promises in context. They have also released notes on Land and the ADP Discussion paper, the need for a globally funded feed-in tariff, and outlined problems with problems with carbon markets and with participation rules at the UNFCCC.
